1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Home Massage Dubai website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Appointment

Booking Process: All bookings must be made via WhatsApp or phone. Confirmation via WhatsApp constitutes a binding agreement.

Appointment Confirmation: Our team will confirm your appointment within 15 minutes of your booking request. Final confirmation will include date, time, therapist name, and location.

Availability: Therapist availability is subject to scheduling. We will make every effort to arrange your preferred time and therapist.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for free via WhatsApp.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment start time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept cash, card payment, and bank transfer.

Timing: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases of service cancellation by Home Massage Dubai.

5. Service Conditions

Medical Conditions: Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before the session begins.

Age Restriction: Clients must be 18 years or older. Valid ID may be requested.

Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any session if the client behaves inappropriately or violates our code of conduct.

6. Venue Access

Access Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring our therapist has access to your location at the agreed time.

Safety: The location must be safe and appropriate for providing massage services.

Third Parties: Unauthorized third parties may not be present during the massage unless previously agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability

Home Massage Dubai provides massage services for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Services are not a substitute for medical treatment. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications arising from the massage service. Always consult with a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information and personal details shared during booking are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through direct communication. Contact us immediately if you have concerns.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
